The Effect of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in Enhancing Customer Satisfaction

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect quality function deployment as a philosophy assurance based on listening customer’s voice and transforming his demands into technical requirements in order achieve customer satisfaction. In addition, tool opens doors for continuous improvement organization’s operations reach competitive position that gives it success sustainability.
